Scope of Our Service
Staging with AI provides an AI staging platform where photos can be digitally styled using artificial intelligence. These outputs are intended to help visualize interior design possibilities and should not be regarded as exact representations of furniture, finishes, or layouts in real life.
Who Can Use the Platform (Eligibility)
Our platform is available to individuals who are at least 18 years old or legally authorized to enter into binding agreements. By using our services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
Creating and Managing Your Account
Some features require registration. You agree to provide accurate and current details during sign-up and to keep them updated. You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account and must keep your login credentials secure.
What You Can Expect From Us (Service Details)
- We process uploaded images to create AI-enhanced, staged visuals.
- We aim to deliver a smooth and reliable experience but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

Content You Provide (User Submissions)
- You own all rights to the images and materials you upload.
- By submitting content, you grant us permission to process and display non-identifiable versions for showcasing, portfolio use, or service demonstrations, unless you request otherwise in writing.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your submissions do not breach any laws or infringe the rights of others.
What's Not Allowed (Use Restrictions)
When using our platform, you must not:
- Upload or share unlawful, harmful, or offensive material.
- Submit content you do not own or have permission to use.
- Attempt to disrupt, damage, or bypass the platform's systems.
- Reproduce, modify, or redistribute our technology or branding without approval.
Pricing & Billing (Fees and Plans)

- Prices may be adjusted without prior notice.
- Subscription plans will renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
- All transactions are final once processing begins, except where replacement credits are offered under our service policy.
Returns & Credit Policy
We do not provide monetary refund once image processing has started. If a technical error prevents successful generation, we may issue replacement credits. Subscription cancellations stop future billing but do not result in prorated refunds for unused time.
Image Usage Rights (Ownership & Licensing)
You may use the AI-generated images for personal, promotional, or commercial purposes in compliance with applicable laws. We do not claim ownership of your generated results. We may, however, display anonymized examples for marketing unless you opt out.
API Access (For Integrated Users)
If you use our services via an API connection, you agree to follow any accompanying API documentation and not to misuse the system, overload our servers, or use it to build competing products. API keys must remain confidential.
Ending Your Use of the Service (Account Closure)
You may close your account at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or misuse the platform. Outstanding payment obligations remain enforceable after closure.
